`Customer service is 5 stars. I am still new to the Jay Wolfe service center. Great Customer service Great customer service as a whole and Tony was great to work with. This is the 4th time I've had to have the same part replaced with in a year (thank Great customer service as a whole and Tony was great to work with. This is the 4th time I've had to have the same part replaced with in a year (thankfully all under warranty) and each time they've been extremely helpful in accommodating me and answering questions that I may have. I can't say anything on quality of work- give me a year and lets see if the problem is actually fixed- but customer service wise they are amazing. More
