New Car Purchase at Jay Wolfe Toyota Our visit to the Jay Wolfe Toyota dealership was awesome. The dealership itself is very welcoming and bright. The atmosphere is fun. The truth is, I wasn't told the truth I've been a Toyota person for a long time now. I've owned 4-Runners, Tundras, Camry(s), and now an Avalon. I purchased my Avalon last year at Jay Wolf I've been a Toyota person for a long time now. I've owned 4-Runners, Tundras, Camry(s), and now an Avalon. I purchased my Avalon last year at Jay Wolfe. I had showed up there to look for a car and a nice young lady (can't remember her name) rode with me as I test drove the car. I asked her some pretty specific questions and she was able to help me make the decision to buy the Avalon. Up to this point the experience was for the most part, top notch. I had finished the majority of the paperwork and she had to send me in back to finalize the purchase. Unfortunately, this is where it went from a good buying experience to a bad one. The guy was insistent that I purchase a warranty that I did not want. He kept pushing me to do it, drew his diagram, and was rude when I told him no. He then proceeded to explain that if I bought this warranty, that if ANYTHING went wrong with my car, it would be covered. I said, "ANYTHING?" Yes, he said, bumper to bumper, and all I would have to pay is a $25 service fee when I bring my car in to fix something. Fair enough I thought. Recently, I take my car in to have a couple of noises looked at (1 of them has been there since I bought the car a year ago and since it has gotten worse I took it in) and the gentlemen, who I will give 5 stars to, explained to me that I would have to pay $49 to have my car assessed. "But what about the $25 fee I was promised?" I asked. Furthermore, he said that the issues, fan noise when AC is on and a rattle in my front end which has been present since purchase) may not be covered either. He then explained to me that the guys who sell the warranty consistently misrepresent what they include. Honestly, I respected him for being straight up with me about it. Deep down I knew I shouldn't have purchased the warranty and in hindsight, I should have just walked away and bought my car somewhere else. I decided not to have my car looked at but did get my oil changed at Jay Wolfe for the last time. I spent in excess of $20,000 on my car which is a big investment. But that just wasn't enough to make Jay Wolfe appreciate my business. They had to sell me a warranty that in the end, was a lie. More

Buying my Toyota c-hr I totaled my car and when I went to the dealership I was expecting to only be able to buy a used car. I arrived and met will Mr. Bill Kristl who was nothing but kind and generous with his time and expertise. After a bit of talking and figuring we decided to look at a corolla, with that being the responsible purchase to make. Bill did another search and some quick calculations and found a c-hr that would be just about the same price as the Corolla. So, he pulled it around and we took it for a test drive. While on the road, bill expertly told me of all of the new features and explained exactly how each of them worked and why they were so helpful. When we got back to the dealership, he offered us, again, the use of the complimentary lounge and began the paperwork. He explained everything I was signing clearly and effectively and he truly made the daunting task of buying a new car enjoyable. After everything was signed, we went to the office of Mrs. Rena Roberts. She was incredibly personable and kind. She also explained everything thoroughly and explained how to use the services I was purchasing. She even is able to get a rebate for the unused care plan that was on my last car. I believe through the combined efforts of Bill and Rena, they have made customers for life. Not only from myself, but for the people in my family and when the time comes , hopefully my children. More
