He was truly very good to work with. Rena Roberts was our financial rep. She was very good to work with as well. The negotiation process was a very traditional dealership experience which would have been less than pleasant for the uninitiated, but I was generally fine with it as I've bought and sold several cars over a lot of years. As I said, I was OK with it except for the last gig of $500.00 from me - you know the practice. And with my excellent credit score, I expected a better finance rate to be offered to me. Regardless, I accepted the deal and am fine with it. But, something for you to consider when working with tenured adults who are return customers and who have come to you in good faith. Otherwise, very good experience for my wife and I. More

Service Mike Taylor was excellent in assisting with my appointment. He located my appointment reservation for service. However, evidently when I called to make my reservation I wasn't connected with the dealership service representative. Consequently, my rental car wasn't listed on my reservation and since this service was an approximate 6-hour process the rental car was very important. Excellent Customer Care! My wife and I just purchased a used Honda Odyssey from Quinten at Jay Wolfe Toyota and were very satisfied with our entire experience! The van we bou My wife and I just purchased a used Honda Odyssey from Quinten at Jay Wolfe Toyota and were very satisfied with our entire experience! The van we bought was a trade-in and when I initially contacted the dealership to see it, I was told it was still undergoing its intake inspection and repairs. I called multiple times to see if the vehicle was ready to be seen and everytime I made contact with the dealership, I was not hurried off the phone or brushed off. Once we did get word that the van was ready to be seen, Samantha set us up with Quinten as our salesperson. His easygoing, joking and never pushy approach to letting us look at and test drive the Odyssey was a perfect fit for my wife and I! I mixed everyone up when we first arrived because I stated I was looking for "Dominique" (no idea why I initially thought that) but this just led to some good natured back-and-forth between us and our salesperson. Finance department was quick and efficient and not high pressure at all either. We bought the van with a few things listed on the "We Owe" sheet from the dealership and already have a plan in place to get those last things finished up. This was our second time buying from Jay Wolfe Toyota and third time buying from a Jay Wolfe dealership. I have always appreciated how they treat and interact with their customers and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle! More
