Great experience with Charles I’ve bought a new car once before and had a pretty stereotypical experience with a pushy car salesman trying to “use a special car calculator” to get I’ve bought a new car once before and had a pretty stereotypical experience with a pushy car salesman trying to “use a special car calculator” to get me to pay more for a car.. having that experience made me nervous to begin the process again. However my experience with Charles specifically and Jay Wolfe Toyota was great. He was upfront and honest throughout the whole process, allowed me time to think and make informed decisions while still hitting the selling points. He worked with urgency, but not pressure or pushiness and this ultimately led me to trust him and Jay Wolfe and drive 3 hours to buy a car from them instead of at any other dealership closer (there are several). Aside from the quality of care throughout the purchase and trade-in (that’s another story for another time and let’s just say they were very accommodating), another piece I was impressed with is their lounge. Where can you go get a new car and a nice panini sandwich? Maybe my 3 hour drive made this seem more awesome than it is.. but even if I was just getting an oil change and had this as a FREE option, who can beat that!? Anyway, overall I had a great experience and 10/10 would recommend! More

A+ dealership Stopped by to see what used cars they had. Saman showed us some that just came in. He gave us the red carpet treatment. He called the following Monday Stopped by to see what used cars they had. Saman showed us some that just came in. He gave us the red carpet treatment. He called the following Monday for us to come test drive one. He handed us the keys and said see you later. There was no haggling when we bought it. The entire experience took maybe 2 hours. We couldn’t ask for a better experience from a dealership. If you need a car go see Saman. He will hook you up. More

Always running behind This is the third time in the last year and a half where we have had a scheduled appointment and were told while checking in that they were running be This is the third time in the last year and a half where we have had a scheduled appointment and were told while checking in that they were running behind and the wait for (tire rotation/oil change) would be 3 hours. We even called 1 1/2 hours prior to this appointment to verify it was setup (app showed pending) and were told it was in the system but nothing was mentioned to us about there being a delay. Upon arrival after being told it would be over 3 hours I asked to speak to a manager. He was able to get me out in just under 1 hour. I appreciate the supervisor helping meet the timeframe that the appointment should have taken, but I should have never had to speak with him. I understand that 2 techs called in, I understand that life happens, but 3 separate occurrences with this kind of delay makes one regret buying from this dealership to begin with especially since the service department was one of the sell points. More
