Maybe it was the rain. Maybe it was the rain, maybe the staff was bored. I have come to expect superior customer service when I bring my Prius in for routine maintenance. Maybe it was the rain, maybe the staff was bored. I have come to expect superior customer service when I bring my Prius in for routine maintenance. This was not my overall experience, however. I waited for over ten minutes in the bay area before finally abandoning all hope of any employee approaching me to get me checked-in. This has been standard practice... or so I thought. When I finally left my car and entered the building I was again required to wait before someone finally asked if I had been helped. By that time, I had been waiting for 15 minutes. Because I have NEVER had a bad experience or waited to be greeted by a Service employee, I was taken aback at the lack of care. The overall experience (after the unnecessary waiting), Donald McKinzie was very helpful. He worked with me to make sure the services offered were within my budget. I do appreciate that. More

Great, honest experience I had an oil change, usually do those at other places because they are cheaper. However those other places have been telling me that I needed full syn I had an oil change, usually do those at other places because they are cheaper. However those other places have been telling me that I needed full synthetic due to mileage so when I went to do that, the gentleman who helped me explained that I only needed conventional and explained why. He totally could have taken advantage of me but was honest and saved me money! Because of this, I will only do oil changes at the dealership in the future. Everyone was friendly and I enjoy the cafe! The showroom was beautiful and the snack counter was great! All of our questions were answered. Overall it was a very smooth process, and didn't take the whole day to get everything accomplished! After the purchase, she helped me make sure I had everything integrated with my phone and the entertainment system and made sure I knew what all the buttons did! More
