Oil and filter change The person who checked my air filter forgot to hook up the breather hose to the filter housing. There was no filter in the car, and the last time it The person who checked my air filter forgot to hook up the breather hose to the filter housing. There was no filter in the car, and the last time it was serviced was at Joy Wolf service department. I don't know what happened to the filter,b ut there was no air filter installed. That's very concerning. More

Great service advisor My service experience with Tony went very well. When I checked in, I was advised that they were running behind for my oil change service. I had alrea My service experience with Tony went very well. When I checked in, I was advised that they were running behind for my oil change service. I had already re arranged my day and driven to the dealership, so decided to stay and wait anyway. the service took a total of 2 hours and 23 minutes. Tony did all he could to keep me informed, expedited the check out, and delivery of my truck. In the future, if the service department is running that far behind, perhaps a phone call in advance to the customers affected, to advise of the delay before they arrive would be more courteous and better received as to be respectful of everybody’s time. More
