180,000 mile service I like coming here and all the people are great and everything. It's nice to have a small lounge to do some work while car is being serviced. But I fe I like coming here and all the people are great and everything. It's nice to have a small lounge to do some work while car is being serviced. But I felt like some of the costs were pretty high this last round and feel like some services are being suggested that aren't totally necessary like replacing so many different fluids. Very expensive. And I had a front blinker bulb issue that I messed up trying to fix myself and thought I'd just have Toyota take care of it, shouldn't be that much, maybe even like a courtesy to just charge for bulb since the bill is total around $400...ended up being a $67 blinker replacement. I might have just called a friend and former Toyota mechanic to help me out with that. Also a customer pay shop charge at the bottom for $32.50 was unclear what exactly that was for. But like I said, I like this place, I like the people, I like Jason, very nice dude and they are always honest and feel they are friendly and do a great job....it's just really expensive since it's a dealership and I will rarely ever have my fluids changed due to the price. More
poor service in the paperwork area. The rest was excellent. At the present time I am upset with the dealership. We kept asking last night as we signed the papers doesn't it need both signatures.. Well the bank sent us back to do the paperwork over. Promised 20 minutes. Now can't do anything until tomorrow. I know there was an electrical storm and computers were down. We needed the paper back to the bank by 5:00 in order for you to get paid this week. More
