I had done a little research and decided I wanted a Certified Pre-Owned RAV 4. One online had my eye and he showed it to me. I already had a pre-approval from Community America Credit Union and Jay Wolfe was on their Preferred Dealer List. It could not have gone any smoother. I put down a small amount on Tuesday to hold the car for 2 days to talk it over with my wife, and I filled out the paperwork. I came back Thursday and the car had a sign saying HOLD on it (nice!). My wife co-signed the required pages. We then talked briefly with Austin Murry, a very nice young gentleman, who went over extended warranty options. We made our choice and I got in the car and drove home. I really appreciate the partnership with my Credit Union. This made things VERY easy.
