Taking Down to the Customer is never a good approach I drive a company car leased through MotorLease. MotorLease asks that service providers bill them direct. The Customer Service Representatives (two I drive a company car leased through MotorLease. MotorLease asks that service providers bill them direct. The Customer Service Representatives (two 'smart' women) told me that Toyota doesn't have an account with MotorLease (they never heard of MotorLease) and I could tell they had no interest in even taking two minutes to contact MotorLease to set me up on their system. In addition, I wanted the scheduled oil change, they said that since I have over 25,000 miles on my car it is not a complimentary service any longer and last time I was there I had the oil changed and said "synthetic oil lasts for 10,000 miles, you have 6,000 miles since your last service visit, so what is it that you want?" I responded can you rotate the tires and check oil level and top off if necessary? They responded " you cant top off synthetic oil and it shouldn't need that anyway" then they said " you've never had your tires balanced and we recommend that you have this done" I said fine do that. More

Excellent Customer Service I stopped in to Jay Wolfe Toyota in the Northland yesterday to have a headlamp replaced. As it was nearly time for my 80,000 mile service, they were I stopped in to Jay Wolfe Toyota in the Northland yesterday to have a headlamp replaced. As it was nearly time for my 80,000 mile service, they were able to work me in to have that taken care of. Jason was terrific in the Service Department. They even gave me a special price on an oil change. I am very impressed with the Service Department of this dealership since I started using them about six months ago. More
