Honest, no pressure service I came in for an oil change and 45,000-mile service. Several additional services were recommended, but the team was respectful and did not push any further when I declined most of these add-ons - much appreciated! I had agreed to add tire balancing to my rotation service, but upon inspecting my tires more closely, the service member decided this would not be a worthwhile investment as I'll be needing new tires soon (they're the factory tires - almost 5 years old with 46K miles on them). Instead of proceeding with this service, they came to me in the waiting area, informed me of their findings, and recommended we remove this add-on to save me some money that day. I appreciate honest service like this, and it's what keeps me coming back to Jay Wolfe Toyota. Thank you! More
