Half of the labor (removal of filters) was already done so how can it possibly cost $60 in labor to put new ones back? More

I purchased a certified used Toyota and believe I got a very good car at a fair price, with a warranty! What more can you ask for? The only negative aspect to my experience - they tried to sell me additional products/services that I had no interest in purchasing, which caused the paperwork process to take much longer than it otherwise would have. I know some people may be interested in purchasing the extended warranties and/or car care products but I was not. They were not overly pushy or anything like that - but I was in a bit of a hurry that day and the paperwork process took 2 1/2 hours; seemed like it could have been done in half that. More
Worst experience EVER Just getting appt was an issue. Took 4 calls on 2 different days. Was kept on hold to repeat needing service. Dropped car off early as requested. During each contact was asked if I wanted to spend more money. Had 3 minor issues w an oil change which was the only service that was completed. Vehicle has less than 25,000 miles. In addition to not fulfilling request also broke accessory light and did not report. Again terrible will not return even though they are in my area. Mgmt is missing the mark big time here. More
