Darrell did explain to my satisfaction and he emailed the dealer’s recommended service schedule to me. I think it should be made clear at check in which are the dealer’s specific scheduled items and why. I think the explanation I got from Darrell was acceptable. Better communication of this at check in would be helpful. More
