Great first experience Other than the fact that I think the service dept should open at least 15 min BEFORE the first appointments at 7am, the experience was very good. Got connected to wifi, hooked up my computer and was able to work while waiting. Only had a 75 minute wait for an oil change and tire rotation. Just long enough to have some breakfast in the bistro. Went in for repair, bought new car! Went in for maintenance/repair on my 2002 Toyota Sequoia SUV but recent repairs on SUV w/219,000 miles added up to point where it didn't make sense, s Went in for maintenance/repair on my 2002 Toyota Sequoia SUV but recent repairs on SUV w/219,000 miles added up to point where it didn't make sense, so instead I traded-in SUV & bought a new 2018 Highlander Limited from the showroom floor. Got a great deal on 2 new cars (my wife traded-in her 2007 Camry Hybrid for a 2018 Avalon Limited), and we won 2 great prizes. Sales process was low-key, smooth, informative, and went like clockwork!
