Can't say enough good things I was having an annoying intermittent problem with my car. I was headed out of town for the week and left my car with Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County I was having an annoying intermittent problem with my car. I was headed out of town for the week and left my car with Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County for the week, and asked them to drive it until the problem surfaced. They drove it for a total of 3 days and kept at it until they found the problem. Pam worked with Toyota and was able to get the problem fixed under warranty and no charge to me. When I came back on Friday after my trip to check on the car, they let know that the car was going to be fixed at no charge, and they had a loaner for me! The part they needed was on backorder, so they promised me my car back in about 10 days, which was not a problem for me. Much to my delight, the car was returned to me 4 days early and 100% fixed. I could not be happier with the quality of service, communication, and courtesy this dealership has extended me. I will always have my car serviced here! More

My wife was asked to bring her 2008 RAV4 back in for an oil test after they found that it was possibly burning oil from an oil change there at the dea My wife was asked to bring her 2008 RAV4 back in for an oil test after they found that it was possibly burning oil from an oil change there at the dealership a couple of weeks ago. Mark Hurtt, our service consultant, has always been fair and honest with us in the past so we brought it in for a half-hour test and Mark told us (being that it was lunch time) that we should head over to Jay's Bistro and have a complimentary meal on them!! I didn't believe him at first, but sure enough... they have a small bistro in the dealership for use by the customers waiting for their car being serviced! How COOL is that??!! We only had chips and sodas, but there were others taking them up on their offer enjoying pizza, panini's, etc.! So... we got a super-helpful service agent, top-notch service, AND complimentary snacks and drinks at Jay Wolfe Toyota! I'd say you can't ask for more than that! Thanks, Jay Wolfe!! More
A+ service experience with Mark Hurtt and the service dept. Had the pleasure of working with Mark Hurtt when I experienced an oil leak on my Toyota Highlander. Mark scheduled me in very quickly and when I arrived at the dealership he immediately sent my vehicle down to service to find the cause of the leak, throughout the entire process he kept me updated as I waited in the awesome Bristo area. When it was determined that the repairs would take a few days Mark immediately put me in a loaner vehicle and I went on with family plans that we had scheduled. When the repairs were finished (much sooner than I thought) Mark called and I picked up my vehicle. Have had no problem with the oil leak since. We have purchased our last two vehicles from Jay Wolf and both the sales and services departments have been A+. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Congrats to a great organization!!!!! My salesman was very knowledgeable about features in the Rav 4. It has been 10 years since we purchased a car and a lot has changed. He explained the features on the dash, both function for operation and pleasure.. Tyler did an excellent job of explaining all the paper's that had to be signed. Over all everything was a pleasant experience. Would recommend this dealership to everyone!!!! Bill and Carla More
