He was professional, knowledgeable, a great listener and made me feel as though he was more interested in what I wanted vs. simply selling a car. I would strongly recommend him to others in the market and may go back in a few months when I buy my 16 year old a car. The only downside to my entire experience was the fact it took 3 hours to finally drive away with my new car. I have always hated the back and forth with the sales manager and then we had to wait over an hour just to sign the loan documents. More

Great customer service We purchased our 2016 Toyota Highlander from Jay Wolfe Toyota and have brought it to Jay Wolfe for service ever since. We always have great service, plus our 6yr old daughter loves going with us because of the free popcorn. We usually drop off rather than waiting but when we have stayed, they provide snacks and a comfortable waiting area that includes a play area for kids. Highly recommend. More

Generally good I've taken my car to other Toyota dealers and I find I prefer the experience at Jay Wolfe Toyota. This time I brought my car in for 55K mile service I've taken my car to other Toyota dealers and I find I prefer the experience at Jay Wolfe Toyota. This time I brought my car in for 55K mile service and new tires. I'm pretty happy with the price of the tires. They loaned me a new Camry to drive home while I waited for tires to be delivered and installed. Everything seems fine except that the TPMS light blinks when I start the car and then stays on, despite the tires being fully inflated. It didn't do that when I first left the dealership but some miles later, so it's possible this is a problem that's hard to detect at the time of tire replacement. I haven't heard back about the issue yet though. More
