I was skipped over by Kevin when dropping my car off who took a customer who he said was simply checking out which was upsetting. Brandon took care of checking me in and was great to work with and the shuttle driver was exceptional nice and made up for the visit.
I’ve been servicing my Toyota’s @ Jay Wolfe for over ten years. Always a positive experience. This week Kevin explained all that needed to be done, how long it would take and kept me informed. He also fixed my back hatch and even took the time to show me how to adjust it myself. I will request Kevin in the future, always.

I like the costumer lounge with the Bistro and the round tables with the variety of phone chargers but also the comfortable leather seats which help make your waiting experience seem shorter. The technician virtual video updates are awesome and I really like the texting back and forth with the adviser with updates on my car instead of him chasing me down around the lounge, showroom or bathroom :)

My service appointment was very satisfactory. I was offered a loaner vehicle as well. The tire pressure light came on a couple of hours after leaving the dealership. I was asked to bring it back in and the issue was resolved expeditiously.

Amazing that my car with only 14,800, 1 and a half years old and always taken care of, needed a camber bolt to correctly align the front right wheel to correct specs. Service Manager correctly completed the work for free after I questioned the bill.
