Brandon, service writer, was very thorough and helpful. The main reason I go to this dealership is due to Scott the Service Manager. As busy as they all are, he always takes the time to greet me and is helpful if I ever have any questions. The consieer service in the waiting area also makes my wait less like a wait while they service my vehicle. A+++

I usually like to wait while my car is serviced. Jay Wolfe maintains an excellent waiting area. It has comfortable seats, wifi, bistro bar. It's almost like being a part of an exclusive club. That actual servicing of the car goes smootly. If there are problems, they let you know right away and are prepared to discuss the alternatives. Given that I never _want_ to go through the hassle of getting my car serviced, the people at Jay Wolfe make the experience as painless as possible.
