Had to pay out of pocket for a tow due to one of my hoses in my Durango had gave out and barely over 17,000 miles. I got my car brand new 0 miles. In service they were very rude and tried to charge me at first for what had happened to my car smh..very unprofessional...the guy only offered me 1 day to get a rental when another worker told me it was up to 5 days cuz my car was supposed to be up to 5 days in shop. I honestly think they didn't check my car they just replaced the hose that was done but my car still smells like coolant and they didn't clean the mess that was in bottom of the car. Now since I got my car towed my car seems like the tires are rubbing against something when I turn. Im a loyal customer who has purchased 4 cars from dodge of Ontario and honestly I'm disappointed from the service I had received. I sure do hope they actually check my whole vehicle and take care of me as a customer how a professional business should do. Not all staff is bad there's some that I highly recommend for being professional and taking care of there customers. More

At less than 4k miles engine burning oil,Fontana dodge replaced part at no cost!.Less than 10k miles ,eng replace belts & hoses nor offer the option!
