From the start, Kelvin was very patient and took the time to teach me about the different models of Jeep. He was able to help me create the Jeep that was the right fit for me. I now have my own one of a kind custom Jeep and couldn't be happier. Would recommend Jstar for anyone looking for friendly and professional service when purchasing a car

I have enjoyed working with Monrovia Jeep Dealer over the years, but was not as happy this time as I usually am. I left my Jeep for a week and spent Over $3,000.00 in repairs, yet when I picked it up it was filthy. Other times it had been washed and clean which I thought was a very nice bonus which I appreciated. Secondly the paperwork stated that the tires had been checked and were in good condition, yet the pressure readings were all very low from 29-33 lbs/tire. (so I went and filled them up myself) Thirdly, since the dash board was removed and reconnected to replace the evaporator, the settings for the information settings was locked and I am unsure how to reset it, so Monday I will be coming back into the service department to see if they can help me reset it.

I worked with Sales Associate Gavin and Manager Simone to purchase a used 2023 Camry. I verbally denied all optional packages, but my sales contract included both Sky Force ($1495) and MVP VSC Vehicle Protection Plan ($3600). I completed a Service Contract Cancellation form in regard to the Vehicle Protection Plan, and I am hoping to receive full reimbursement. But I am told the Sky Force (vehicle tracker) is installed on the vehicle and is not optional. My contract wording states: "The following goods and services ar e NOT required as a condition to obtaining financing terms for the purchase of the Vehicle. Optional Theft Deterrent Device(s) :(1) Sky Force SVR Used. In speaking to Simone, I am not given the option of cancelling Sky Force. This dealership has a Better Business Bureau (BBB) rating of D+.

I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I took my vehicle in on Jan14 2026 . Today is April 10th and I still have not received my vehicle. The customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. For weeks I have called to get an update on my vehicle, only to be put on hold for 45 minutes. Several times I asked for Michael my service manager, only to be told he's not in or he will call you back, he never calls me back nor does he text me. When I do eventually speak with Michael, I have asked several times can he please just call or text me about any updates weather its waiting to hear back from the warranty co, or if they got the parts in etc... Crickets nothing no communication whatsoever!!! The last time I talked to Michael was Mar, 30th 2026 and he said my car should be ready the next day. Wow this is so disrespectful!! I am tired of getting played.
