Once I arrived Dan (my new to go to Advisor) greeted me and began to explain what my options were, time frame, and offered to get me a shuttle back to work. Great, friendly, accurate and honest service! My brother and I had to get his truck serviced in Ontario because a nearby Dodge dealership did a terrible job on recall work and other work. We contacted Dave, in the service department in Ontario, and he was very friendly. I also talked to Corina (sp?) whom was great. She gave us all the information we needed to get the vehicle towed there. Once there, they took care of us as quickly as they could considering their modified process due to COVID-19. The next day they called and the truck was ready for pick up. We drove down there and got it quickly enough. Mind you the issue was simple for now, but we definitely will be back for the additional recall repairs. Names we remember are Jose, Dave, Marcelo, and Corina. Everyone we came in contact with was helpful, friendly and respectful, to include the technician, but I don’t have his name. Great place to get your vehicle serviced. Thank you everyone! Gene More
