Low balled on trade in of a charger, I told them I owed 12,500- sure enough they offered $12,500. I told them I already had an offer from Kia in Rochester for $16,000 they didn’t believe me and wouldn’t bu 12,500- sure enough they offered $12,500. I told them I already had an offer from Kia in Rochester for $16,000 they didn’t believe me and wouldn’t budge a single dollar. I walked away without making a deal. Was looking to trade in for a brand new Forte. Had to drive back to Rochester then next day, got the check for $16,000 (made 3,500 more than belzers sad offer) then had to drive back up to belzers to buy car outright. The salesman Bob & finance guy weren’t great at their jobs- Bob kept pushing me for a good survey result because he gets paid on client satisfaction rather than commission. I had no floor mats whatsoever in my car so I had to call and ask for them to be sent to me. I paid almost $800 for remote start and someone was supposed to call to set up installation. I called multiple times and they kept telling me they would call when parts were in. I finally demanded they check tracking on parts and turns out they WERE IN! So I scheduled my appt. 6 weeks later I never got a reminder call or email for my remote start install appt so I had to call to ensure it was still scheduled before I drove all the way up. Got it installed, desk guy was pretty rude that we wanted to leave he said “it’ll only take 90 minutes and we close at 4!” I dropped it off at 130- and was back by 3pm- I waited until 410! He tossed me the keys and started to walk away. I had to ask “well can you tell me about it or show me how to run the remote start?” He showed me one button and I was on my way. I got no paperwork in case anything is wrong or no warranty information. I got home and discovered the remote start fob they gave me can ALSO lock and unlock my car, AND my original fob can now remote start my car. NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING. It’s just disappointing these little men running around running a business like this. What a joke, would not recommend and will not be returning w any future business! Not sure if they put a bad mark on my account because I didn’t fall for their low ball trash offer, or what, but everyone has been rude and unhelpful since I denied their low offer. Great Prices, my Sales Rep was great! However be careful of the finance portion of the process. They don't like it if you want to purchase the extented Warranty and the Gab insurance out side of loan. Maybe of the finance portion of the process. They don't like it if you want to purchase the extented Warranty and the Gab insurance out side of loan. Maybe cause it's more work, maybe they have a deal with the banks to include that in. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. They should offer 0 interest financing for the extended warranty out side of the bank loan like other dealerships. Also the Sales rep undercut (Not My Sales Rep) and are not professional. As I was supposed to get the same truck in a different color and they gave it to a different customer. I waited for over a week and showed up before the other customer and they still gave it to someone else. Josh Crowell was a great! He wasn't on the list review for sales reps, however he gets 5 Stars!!! Also the tech guy who explains how the apps work was also good! 5 Stars!! More

I had a relatively good experience. I like the people and I was in and out as about as quickly as anyone could expect. They took care of me and kept me updated throughout the ordering and buying process of m I was in and out as about as quickly as anyone could expect. They took care of me and kept me updated throughout the ordering and buying process of my new truck and shot me a fair trade in price on my existing vehicle. The only Dissatisfaction I have is when my new truck came with a Tonneau cover I did not care for, I asked them to trade it out for a different one or buy it back for me in exchange for another one and they wouldn’t. They sold me an additional tonneau cover so now I have two and I have to figure out how to get rid of the other one More
