Dealer seems to be a professional outfit and works like a well oiled machine. Threw a new charger in the car for me when we saw it didn’t have one. No complaints about Jordan, my sales rep. My beef is with whomever inspected the car upon delivery to the dealer, as well as the crew responsible for cleaning the car before delivery to the customer. Upon getting home (~100 mile drive), I found the car had the infamous “Shift to Park” error common to Volts, Malibus, and a few other Chevys. I arranged for this to get fixed by my local dealer. The more disturbing thing I found was that there was dog hair on many of the interior surfaces, such as the crevice between the carpet in the tailgate and the back seats, as well as on the carpeting in the rear foot area. Ultimately, this is my fault for accepting the car in such condition, but as it was raining at the time I wasn’t as thorough on the delivery inspection as I should’ve been. Nonetheless, it should be mentioned. Overall I would still recommend the dealer given the experience I had. I was seamless, quick, and totally worth the drive. Just make sure you inspect your car before you accept delivery. More

Was so worth the drive. Was nervous driving little over an hour to go look at a car. After working with Trisha and being able to go home with my dream car it was all so work it!
