I reached out to the dealership in the early afternoon, the salesman never responded back. Later that evening, Bob text me asking if I had received everything I needed. When I responded with no that no one the salesman never responded back. Later that evening, Bob text me asking if I had received everything I needed. When I responded with no that no one had. He questioned me and gave inaccurate times. So I took a screenshot to prove I had not heard back. I was shocked that someone in a management position would take this stance. I wouldn’t do business at that dealership. They told me I could have a free car. Terrible customer service and terrible approach.
