We came to Lakeville Belzers to look at a used Chrysler car. Got set up with Brandon P. and opened the car up. Brandon had his sales plan I would imagine he is instructed to follow from management. As buyers, we deviated from that route and he did a good job of following along with how we wanted to work through the sale as buyers. Agreed on a price and did the paperwork. He was pretty guarded until we and them(Sales Manager) were in agreeance on the price. Brandon became much more personable and was pretty easy to talk to after that. We have had better experiences at dealerships, and way worse also. They did ok. I do commend the dealership on the final prep of our used vehicle. The cleanup was better than expected and final questions were answered properly by Brandon and finance team. Their inventory was well presented on the lot. More
