Great service, Blair met me with the car I was interested in. He explained the process and what I need to have as far as paperwork and documentation and was patient when I had to leave to collect everything in. Just purchased a 21 ram, taillight burnt out and we are going on vacation in a couple days. Called to have it looked at and they just don’t have enough technicians staffed to look at it , I was put on hold going on vacation in a couple days. Called to have it looked at and they just don’t have enough technicians staffed to look at it , I was put on hold and the (waiting music) kept saying how committed to customer satisfaction they are , if I just bought a brand new vehicle (under 10 miles on it) shouldn’t it be a priority to fix something like this. We have 2 vehicles purchased from belzers, just paid off one and about to get another! Will not be giving business here again! Natalie spoke with me about this and her unwillingness to work with us was very disappointing I asked to speak to management but she did instead and we got no where !
