The sales lady did an excellent job, I will give her a 10. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the dealership. I purchased a 2016 ram 2500, 45,000 dollars. When you spend that kind of money you would expect the vehicle to be fully detailed and filled with fuel before delivery. That was NOT the case. Fuel tank was empty and was told used cars don’t get a full tank of fuel. Ok, I can let that go but the truck was still very dirty. Their detail department sent it through their car wash and vacuumed the interior (sort of). Dust all over the interior, and they didn’t even pop the hood. Filthy under the hood. When asked about it I was told that they are short staffed and have high schoolers doing the best they can. I was welcome to bring it back for another wash but they are booked out solid for awhile. The sales experience was excellent, it isn’t her fault. Rather it is the dealership for failing to provide a detailed and clean vehicle to the new owner. More

Overall an ok experience. Staff was polite and respectful. Dealership was clean. Not too happy with the overall buying process though. I went with the truck because of the current market and it was the one that I wanted. Upon delivery of the vehicle, it was left at a 1/4 tank of gas. What type of dealership delivers a $70,000 truck with a 1/4 tank of gas. Also, the factory winch remote was missing. I tried contacting the salesman to ask about it, but he hasn’t responded. Ram boxes and bed of the truck were pretty dirty. I honestly felt like i was just a number here. Also, thought it was weird how the salesman doesn’t follow you throughout the process. After the initial deal, he hands you off to someone else and that’s the last you see of them. Just not very personal at all. More
