I worked with Tim Young over the course of 4 or 5 months to find a truck I liked. He was patient, gave me the info I was looking for and didnt try to push me into buying a vehicle I didnt really want. There to find a truck I liked. Absolutely horrible experience. They didn’t care if they earned my business and didn’t want to earn it. Treated me as if I should be happy that they are willing to even talk about cars with me. I agree to a earned my business and didn’t want to earn it. Treated me as if I should be happy that they are willing to even talk about cars with me. I agree to a number via phone call and said write it up sounds great. Then came back with it costing 1k more than we agreed. Proceeded to tell me that my calls were recorded, but when finding out I was accurate about what was agreed to in that phone call, said that the calls don’t mean anything. Asked twice to speak to a manager and was told to have a good weekend and that there was nothing to discuss. Treating people like crap is a horrible way to do business. This was for a 73k vehicle.
