Helped dad "of a certain age...." buy a new car My dad needed a new car after a long term relationship with Schmelz VW --who he thought was working in his best interests over the last 20 years. My daughter and a friend's son both bought their first new cars, after a lot of due diligence, at Belzer KIA-and had GREAT experiences so I called them-even though Lakeville is a long drive for my pop. :) I called Dan Chapman preliminarily to have some details in place when my dad and I came out for an appointment. Dan was professional, friendly, explained the nuance of their selling process and made a stressful experience a positive one for my dad. We had a significant and negative "hiccup" on the trade in-NO fault of Belzer's. (Thank you LaMettry's, Schmelz and Cornerstone Insurance for that cluster.) Dan and crew helped us manage that trade in situation, walked though financing options and got my dad into a car that he loves, fits his budget and style. They were genuine, took time to explain things and we didn't feel shoehorned into a specific car, accessories package, or finance terms. I will work with-and recommend--DAN CHAPMAN in the future. Amazing team and service! Bob Soucheray was a super duper partner in finding our dream van!
