I knew what I need in a car, but not what I wanted. Bob was absolutely amazing in helping my everything I needed. Never pressured me into anything which is one thing people fear about car dealerships. He t was absolutely amazing in helping my everything I needed. We had a good experience with Tim Young, or sales person. Unfortunately he didn't follow up with me after the sale of the vehicle. I was very disappointed. He also stated that he would make sure my 2nd fob Unfortunately he didn't follow up with me after the sale of the vehicle. I was very disappointed. He also stated that he would make sure my 2nd fob worked when I came back for the license for my car. I received a phone call yesterday from a young lady who stated that my license plate is to be mailed out. Again, very disappointed. My fob still isn't working. Followup is a big concern. More
