My fiancé and I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee this past weekend and we so pleased with our new to us vehicle. The entire process was very easy and smooth. Great buying experience at Jeff Belzers Ford New Prague! I had a great experience working with Jeff Belzers Ford in New Prague. During the CoronaVirus pandemic, things are a little hectic and they were able I had a great experience working with Jeff Belzers Ford in New Prague. During the CoronaVirus pandemic, things are a little hectic and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment at 7:00pm. Although the original person I spoke with was busy, she passed me along to Scottie C (Scott Cameron). Although he had been there since 8am, he stuck with me during the whole buying process. After taking the vehicle for a small test drive (and providing a lot of fun stories and good conversation), we got to negotiating. Scottie did a great job of laying out ALL the options. Leasing, Purchasing, different promos, etc. He was very transparent about the whys and hows of the deal. We went through all the pros and cons and although I went in a different way than he recommended, he was supportive and grateful for the purchase. We were in there until about 10:30pm.
