Good experience In my opinion Jeff Belzers is all about volume so you don't get the personal service you may get with other smaller dealerships. For example, they couldn't evaluate my trade in (which was next to nothing anyway) and do a loan app at same time. While the loan app was NOT dependent on the value of the trade in, there was a specific order that I was told they needed to follow, which just takes more time sitting around and waiting. If looking strictly at price I believe they are very competitive. David Petryszyn was my salesman. He was friendly, upfront and fair. No complaints. Casey Kleis did the closing - he was great! After closing, Ethan (?) took some time to show me some of the electronic features and how to set up Onstar, radio, etc on my Yukon XL. That was a great service, although he needs to be a little more cognizant of social distancing. More

Truck was upfront ready for us to take a test drive. 4 hours later was headed home in my new Ram. Everyone at the dealership I met was great to work with. I would never recommend going to Jeff Belzers to any family or friends or anyone at that I felt pushed and rushed into my vehicle, I asked to test drive another vehicle at the Lakeville location and was family or friends or anyone at that I felt pushed and rushed into my vehicle, I asked to test drive another vehicle at the Lakeville location and was automatically turned down by the dealer Due to a small price difference supposedly. Made me think how would he know if financing would give me a loan or not i asked financing about it the other truck I was interested in as well and was blown off nobody wanted to even try to help me and seemed as if they just wanted to go home for the night. I still got into a vehicle regardless I needed one bad, it was dirty on the inside they didn’t clean it at all. I thought since I was doing business with them the least they might do is put gas in it to get me to a gas station so I can fill it up but when I left after they washed it it was pretty close to empty in gas which is whatever but I mean I just made a 30,000 dollar purchase I think they would at least throw me a bone.the worst part of this trip was once it was all said and done and I traded my vehicle in the dealer took my old truck to the back parking lot and a few of his co-workers came out and started pointing and laughing at him I got the feeling like I should have been embarrassed to be driving in my old truck. I would recommend just going to a different dealership there a dime a dozen. More
