We have been at multiple dealers over the past few months before going to Belzers. Working with Tom Laughlin was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, polite, and personable. Even through all the obstacles h before going to Belzers. Working with Tom Laughlin was a breath of fresh air. He was honest, polite, and personable. Even through all the obstacles he got the job done. During our visit there was a recall on all the 2019 Ram 2500 truck. Due to this recall we could not take the truck that we liked home with us and we could not come back down for a months. We really needed the truck that week due to only having one vehicle at the time. Tom used his smart thinking and offered to drive the truck up for us on his day off. Due to Tom we bought the truck that day, had it fixed, and Tom drove it up. We also got a loaner. If he's still there when we need another one we will be back to buy future vehicles and even our kids vehicles. In addition, we have and will strongly recommending others to go thought him. It is very hard to find people that are honest, personable, and are hard working to get the customer what they want. This man need a raise when the economy get better. Thank you for everything Tom!
