We started our search in New Prague and first talked to John Majchrzak, he showed us a Buick Encore which we tried out. The following day we went back and talked with Heidi St. Martin. We asked to try the John Majchrzak, he showed us a Buick Encore which we tried out. The following day we went back and talked with Heidi St. Martin. We asked to try the Chevy Trax. Heidi talked to us about a lease and we decided that was probably best for us. We found that both vehicles were a little too small. Both John and Heidi were very helpful and so friendly. We appreciate all they did for us. Then on Saturday our son took us to the Lakeville dealership. They have so many beautiful cars. There we talked with Donny Abboud Jr. We asked to drive a Kia Sportage. We looked around the showroom at other SUV's while he went to get the Kia. We took the Kia for a drive and we knew right away it was the one for us! Donny was so helpful and explained everything to us about a lease. We saw Michael Gittins in the finance department, he was also very helpful, he explained every paper that we signed. Our experience with all of the people who helped us was great! They were all friendly, and very informative. We would recommend the Belzer Dealerships to anyone! Thank you to all of them! More

We did have a couple of questions about the Seltos and Donovan answered those to our satisfaction. During the entire time Donovan assisted us through the test drive, filling out the paperwork and getting us to the finance department he treated us with respect even though both of us we dressed in jeans and sweatshirts. I honestly want it to be known that that his approach to us was a lot of the reason we purchased this car on Saturday. Sean Guffey in your finance department helped us through all the paper work and made the process painless. Thanks again for having Donovan and Sean on your staff. I have bought vehicles over the years at other dealerships and thought the process was good, but you guys take customer satisfaction and the overall buying experience to a hole new level. You have gained a customer for life. The one thing I myself and I am sure other customers fear is the process of buying a vehicle. You guys took the whole car dealership buying experience and have knocked it out of the park. I have never been more impressed. Ben had seen me pulling in the parking lot, as he made his way over to me the thoughts of a positive experience ran through my head right away. I truly feel that is due to the way he carries himself, when you as an individual love your job and truly care about customers it radiates from you on to others. After we introduced ourselves Ben took the time to clearly hear what I was in search of accomplishing and executed based off that. Ben used his excellent knowledge of the products to obtain the goal that was set out by me in the beginning, this is 100% excellent customer service. During the test drive I really like that Ben had me pull into a parking lot that was along the way so we could take time to get out and really check out the vehicle and discuss all of its options. I feel this was great because sometimes dealerships are busy with cars coming in and out, along with customers that you can almost feel interrupted, so Ben did an excellent job of making me feel like my time was important and really getting to know the vehicle. The dealership inside looks amazing, very clean and bright, the water fountain that fills up cups rocks by the way! While inside the dealership I felt very welcomed by all. The rest of the staff that I worked with was great. All were very educated in their processes and products offered. I will honestly continue to utilize your dealership for all my needs due to the amazing experience I received. Two comments that resonated in my head from Ben, it got to be pretty late and was past the time the dealership was open, I made a comment to Ben thanking him and everyone for staying in which he responded "time doesn't matter, our customers matter" second comment that was mentioned during the process was "we really just want to make sure the vehicle is right for you" this was received through and through. Ben, you rock! Keep up the good work man!! Also the location at the top of the survey is wrong and I don't believe the people I worked with were listed below. There was two guys, one was who gave my vehicle its trade value - very nice guy, took time to introduce himself and discuss my car. Kudos to him for the professionalism and care that he showed. Another guy I worked with was the one who put the deal together for me, he was very knowledgeable and took his time with me to get the deal done. I worked with a guy from accessories and care package, he did a good job of taking me through the process, educating me on the packages and helping me choose a package that I feel was beneficial to me. Last I worked with Bob who took me through the delivery process. I tell you what, he knows the products very well, he is very eager to help answer any of your questions and make sure you leave with the knowledge/confidence of operating your vehicle. Spot on service!! More
