I have bought vehicles over the years at other dealerships and thought the process was good, but you guys take customer satisfaction and the overall buying experience to a hole new level. You have gained a customer for life. The one thing I myself and I am sure other customers fear is the process of buying a vehicle. You guys took the whole car dealership buying experience and have knocked it out of the park. I have never been more impressed. Ben had seen me pulling in the parking lot, as he made his way over to me the thoughts of a positive experience ran through my head right away. I truly feel that is due to the way he carries himself, when you as an individual love your job and truly care about customers it radiates from you on to others. After we introduced ourselves Ben took the time to clearly hear what I was in search of accomplishing and executed based off that. Ben used his excellent knowledge of the products to obtain the goal that was set out by me in the beginning, this is 100% excellent customer service. During the test drive I really like that Ben had me pull into a parking lot that was along the way so we could take time to get out and really check out the vehicle and discuss all of its options. I feel this was great because sometimes dealerships are busy with cars coming in and out, along with customers that you can almost feel interrupted, so Ben did an excellent job of making me feel like my time was important and really getting to know the vehicle. The dealership inside looks amazing, very clean and bright, the water fountain that fills up cups rocks by the way! While inside the dealership I felt very welcomed by all. The rest of the staff that I worked with was great. All were very educated in their processes and products offered. I will honestly continue to utilize your dealership for all my needs due to the amazing experience I received. Two comments that resonated in my head from Ben, it got to be pretty late and was past the time the dealership was open, I made a comment to Ben thanking him and everyone for staying in which he responded "time doesn't matter, our customers matter" second comment that was mentioned during the process was "we really just want to make sure the vehicle is right for you" this was received through and through. Ben, you rock! Keep up the good work man!! Also the location at the top of the survey is wrong and I don't believe the people I worked with were listed below. There was two guys, one was who gave my vehicle its trade value - very nice guy, took time to introduce himself and discuss my car. Kudos to him for the professionalism and care that he showed. Another guy I worked with was the one who put the deal together for me, he was very knowledgeable and took his time with me to get the deal done. I worked with a guy from accessories and care package, he did a good job of taking me through the process, educating me on the packages and helping me choose a package that I feel was beneficial to me. Last I worked with Bob who took me through the delivery process. I tell you what, he knows the products very well, he is very eager to help answer any of your questions and make sure you leave with the knowledge/confidence of operating your vehicle. Spot on service!! More

My sales guy, Eric Spiess was fantastic and a joy to work with... calm, friendly, organized and professional; he respected my experience is amazing! My sales guy, Eric Spiess was fantastic and a joy to work with... calm, friendly, organized and professional; he respected my time by staying in communication, then having the Ram truck ready to test drive before I arrived and facilitated the entire sales process like a PRO. He also offered to help get my lease return underway so things run smooth in a few weeks. After Googling info about Kia and Kia dealers I decided to go to Jeff Belzer Kia in Lakeville. My wife is disabled and we wanted to make sure she get in and out of the car we were interested in. The sales guy, Brandyn Lindgren, was very accommodating and answered all of our questions. We are quite pleased with our experience at Belzer's and are now enjoying our new Kia ! More

New White Ride! We were contemplating a new car, John saw a ad for KIA's new Seltos, liked the warranty. So off to Belzer's in Lakeville he went, brought me back a co We were contemplating a new car, John saw a ad for KIA's new Seltos, liked the warranty. So off to Belzer's in Lakeville he went, brought me back a couple hours later, told me before hand we would go home & think on it. But once there , did a test drive, listened to what Bob had to say, no pressure, then & right there, decided we didn't need to think on it after all, bought it. Added a few bills & whistles, got a loaner, & took delivery this past Monday, Mar. 2nd. All is going very nice, love the car, even more after having it for a few days. Can't be more satisfied. More

We stopped here because there were many cars here that I was interested in purchasing. We were looking around at different cars, after a bit someone came out to help us. He didn’t introduce himself, I had n was interested in purchasing. We were looking around at different cars, after a bit someone came out to help us. He didn’t introduce himself, I had no idea who he even was. We told him which cars we were interested in and he went to get keys. We waited for 25mins for him to return, so we could test drive the vehicles. We ended up leaving, disappointed with the service we had not received. This is the second time Jeff Belzer’s has disappointed us. More
