My wife and I found your 2023 palisade online, it was a Saturday afternoon when I called and talked to your salesman. I asked him to pull the vehicle outside and look it over real well as we would not get there till after it’s dark( 2hrs away).He did and his message to me was it’s a beautiful vehicle. We got there did a quick test drive and got the deal done and were on our way home. Here is were it gets bad, after looking at the vehicle the next morning in the light it was apparent the vehicle had spent its entire life on a gravel road. I filled a gallon bucket with gravel from the rear bumper and under the hood was a disaster! We opened the fuel filler door only to find it full of gravel. The lower 1 foot of both sides of car has very little pain left on them from the gravel roads. Surely Mike would have seen all of this when he looked it over, he chose not to show me any of it because he knew I would not buy it if he did. I called and complained to Bob the manager and he told me they would come pick it up and clean it to look like new, they did and 2 days later nothing was cleaned and 400+ miles on our car. I really thought they would go out of there way to make it right. I paid high book for the vehicle as I thought it was as advertised, MOST DEFINITELY NOT! I can’t see how you stay in business treating your customers this way. Much more to say but this is the all I have time for.

Wow new meaning for gm certified. Per GM at corporate who I talked to yesterday was trying to figure out how there was 2 open lawsuits against the vin of this truck so they would straighten it out and don’t get legal advice give them a couple of days. Now today GM representatives are no longer interested in this and I need to talk with a lawyer. People who would take advantage of someone’s disability are just bad people

It is all because of Ryan Hillesheim he never gave up helping me at the NewPrague dealership. He worked hard to get me into the 2023 Dodge Ram Warlock. It took couple of days but he was always in touch with me by phone or email. Kudos to Ryan Hillesheim
