My only complaint would be with the fi I recently purchased a used Toyota 4runner from Jeff Belzer's. Working with Austin Nelson was a great pleasure. My only complaint would be with the financing and detailing process, as this area was slow to respond and were not helpful in efficiently resolving my car issues. Austin, on the other hand, was polite, very helpful and super patient. I was able to get the car I wanted close to the price I was looking for. There were a few issues I found with the car but Austin was diligent and proactive in getting the issues fixed. After purchasing the car, he still kept in touch to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend Austin as your salesperson. More
