Found great truck online I found a nice truck online. Not happy with the trade-in evaluator/estimator. He took quite a while and then low-balled the value, so we didn't accept trade. (Sold on our own for an additional $4,000, so worth loosing the sales tax savings on a trade-in.) Austin was very straightforward and pleasant. They must have been busy because we waited a long time to see the finance guy. He was efficient once we got to see him. NOTE: nice floor mats were included, but where in the truck bed. There were holes drilled in the truck bed presumably for an LP fuel tank, that we didn't notice since the mats were hiding them. Coincidence? We would deal with Belzer again if a good vehicle presented itself. Just know it can take awhile once onsite. More

Austin above and beyond Austin was very friendly and helpful and knowing we were traveling from out of town stayed several hours past his 3pm end of day. He also treated my mother the same way with patience and as a friend not "a sale" would recommend to anyone. I don't see Tim Ichich I believe was his name in finance for putting the deal together for us. More
