Disappointing Sales Buying Experience Made an appointment with Bob Souchary. He wasn't even going to be there, but did not tell me that. He had passed me on to someone else. Gee, I felt Made an appointment with Bob Souchary. He wasn't even going to be there, but did not tell me that. He had passed me on to someone else. Gee, I felt so important! Well, okay the other guy was nice enough, but seemed to rush me along. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I wanted. Test drove the one vehicle and I was interested to buy. One thing that turned me off right away was his discussion about how important to give him and his "team" a good review or they won't get paid. (sigh). I have hesitated in doing this review, because I want them to get paid, but decided Belzer Management should take a look at their sales process from my perspective. Dare I say, it was because I'm a woman? Hmmm makes me wonder. We talked about pricing, but I wanted to see what all my options were. I assumed, we'd finalize all that once I talked to finance. I sat in the waiting room for hours, when I was finally called to discuss deal with finance guy, he had the papers all set, just "sign here". What? Wait a minute. That's not the company I wanted to do business with. The salesman assured me that Belzer worked with all financial institutions. (Not true). If that wasn't bad enough, the finance guy NEVER discussed options with me, what if I didn't trade-in my car, And the worse thing is that he kept badgering me to take out an extended warranty after many flat out "No, not interested". He belittled me, saying it's just $30 more a month & basically I'd be crazy to not take it. I did finally take it just to get on with things. I could kick myself! I will never use it and that was a pricey, unneeded line item. xxxx! The worst thing that haunts me to this day, is Belzer basically stole my trade-in from me. I even called to try and buy it back, what? huh? no one knew what I was talking about and oh, yeah we'll have someone call you back...never did. Belzer is a huge dealership. My business will not make or break them. I sure wish I could do that whole thing over again. Bad experience for me. I will take full blame for letting all that happen, but take care of yourself, the Belzer sales process can make your head spin. I'm very disappointed. This is my 3rd Kia. Love the car, but I will be more wary and less trusting next time, and it won't be Jeff Belzer ever again. More

Horrible Customer Service!!! I have been buying cars for Belzers for 20 years. The customer service has completely vanished at this dealership. A month ago, I booked an appt wi I have been buying cars for Belzers for 20 years. The customer service has completely vanished at this dealership. A month ago, I booked an appt with the service department. The earliest I could get in was over a week out. The day before my appt, they called and said they were overbooked and I needed to reschedule. I went somewhere else. Today, I called and booked an appt with a salesman for 7:00 pm. when I arrived, he was with a customer, quickly showed me where the car I was interested in was parked, and left. After looking over the vehicle, I was interested in buying, but the salesman was now with a different customer, and had another customer waiting, and no time to talk to us. Apparently calling in the morning and making an appt to buy a car is too much to ask. I left. I will go find a new dealership that actually makes me feel like they want my business. Since coming home, I have found that the car I was looking at is $3K cheaper that Dodge of Burnsville. More
