Honest and Quick! We thought our situation and budget would be hard to work with but Brandyn and Tim started the work before we even got in the office! Disappointing For a brand new buyer with no credit, I was walking in completely misinformed. I didn’t know what to expect or the right questions to ask. I arrived e For a brand new buyer with no credit, I was walking in completely misinformed. I didn’t know what to expect or the right questions to ask. I arrived early in the morning Friday after sending them every piece of the needed documents I could to make the process quicker. I arrived and met with Bob who I had been emailing the past couple days. He was very distant and did not ask ANY typical questions or attempt to get to know me as a customer. I understand this industry relys on purchases to make money however, with the reviews I received I expected better customer service. He was away from the desk 85 percent of my whole visit I didn’t even know what the value I was approved for or what type of vehicles were available. On my online application, I expressed Interest in a Chevy for my new vehicle. After being away for a half hour Bob came back with a 2015 Kia Forte and says that I am limited into what purchases I can make with little credit. I was confused that a 2015 vehicle was the only available option with little credit without being shown other vehicles. After driving the Kia, I knew immediatly that I did not want this vehicle. Upon talking to Bob, he seemed noticeably frustrated that I didn’t want a Kia. I expressed again to him my interest in a Chevy which was the intent of my visit. After driving a Chevy Cruze, I knew this was the car for me and luckily they found one with a warranty. After being bombarded in the waiting room by the retailers, I was finally ready to sign paperwork. It was only upon signing The paperwork was I informed of my payment and the total price of the vehicle. I felt like all they wanted was the signature. They only answered questions when being prompted. I knew nothing about the car fax or even how much I was approved for. I didn’t even know the price of the vehicle until five minutes before leaving. I’m very grateful for my vehicle and the warranty however, the customer service was unacceptable for a new car buyer. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone making a first purchase or trying to find a dealership that works their hardest to accommodate what you hope to find in a vehicle. More
