Bob was the salesperson we were introduced to, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and Bob even bought us lunch! I really liked how they laid out our options; purchasing vs leasing. It really helped up make a more informed decision. We feel we got a great deal and I love my Durango. The only thing that I would change is that it took about 10 minutes or so before anyone initially greeted us. Besides that, it was a great experience. More

Found what I came for 2019 Duramax I had I talked to Brandyn sFew days earlier and he emailed me all the vehicles that were in my parameters. Vehicle was washed, vacuumed and dried. All people we came in contact with were very pleasant to work with. Note that Ford is not listed as an option below in the vehicle purchased box, so I chose Chevrolet just to get through the survey. Wrong dealership listed!! It was not the Lakeville dealership we worked with. You also didn't have the names of the people we worked with. You need to update the options.... More
