The moment we arrived, the salesman was already at the door waiting to greet us with a smile and handshake. We got there a little bit later than anticipated, but made it right before the rush so it wasn’t too long of a wait before the paperwork. It was all very smooth sailing and other employees greeted us as well. They made sure my car had a full tank of gas and was cleaned before leaving the dealership. This was my first car purchase and the experience was great. I’ll definitely keep this dealership in mind next time around in the future. I recommend checking them out. They know your time is important and don’t want to waste it. There was also a young man who showed me how the electronic parts worked inside the car. I cannot remember his name, but he was very helpful and courteous as well. More

Great dealership. Excellent used car buying experience We found a used truck online and submitted a request for a test drive. Bob responded quickly and professionally to set up the test drive for us. We drove about a half hour down to Jeff Belzer's on a Friday evening. Bob greeted us and took us to the truck. After some polite and comfortable conversation about the vehicle he let us head out for a test drive, Upon our return we decided that we wanted to purchase the truck but our timing and planning were not ideal for completing the purchase process at that time. Bob helped complete as much paperwork as possible and arranged for us to return in the morning to finish. The next morning I had to fly solo with my two young children. Bob, Mike and their team members were fabulous about making the process efficient and quick so that my kids and I could be on our way quickly. Sales discussions were straight forward conversations without any stressful, high-pressure pitches. They kept me engaged, helped keep my children occupied and got us on our way before my kids hit the wall. I cannot say enough about the experience at Jeff Belzer's. They earned my business. I feel confident about my purchase and that they will stand behind it. More

Customer service: I don’t know who is in charge of sales training but it needs a lot of work. I felt like I was tossed around to 5 different sales people, and seemed like I come in and the person that I was suppose to meet with was busy. Deal: when it came down to buying the truck I was ready to purchase. I was really unhappy that they gave me a crappy price on my truck and expected to do financing through the dealership. No wiggle room on price on the truck. I would do fianancing but there was now moving the price on the truck. Experience overall experience could have been better. I just felt like a number in the store and not a person. The reason I came there was because no dealerships had what I wanted. I had to drive 1hr both ways to look at vehicles and I felt my time could have been spent a little better on dealing on a truck. More

Perfect Experience I had an amazing experience at Belzer's. This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I first went to Belzer's and when I told Donny that I didn't care for all the "bells and whistles" of the more expensive models, he completely honored that request. He sent my dad and I out for a test drive, and simply wanted to know how our experience was. He listened and looked only within my price range and within my requests, and he far exceeded my expectations, without ever pushing us out of our comfort zone or urging us to make a buying decision. They were able to work with us on our trade-in value and from there Andy at finance did a stellar job. He helped explain everything in simple terms so I was fully aware of what I was signing onto and what all of my options were. The employees at Belzer's work with extreme professionalism and transparency, it felt like working with close friends or family. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone! More
