Friendly and fair I walked in knowing I wanted to lease a ram or buy a Silverado. I asked to value my trade in first but they seemed adamant about showing the vehicles I walked in knowing I wanted to lease a ram or buy a Silverado. I asked to value my trade in first but they seemed adamant about showing the vehicles first. After test drives, Bob gave me the pros and cons of each truck and deal. He didn't try to push me either way. The financing part went quickly and smooth. The cleaning took longer than expected but i appreciate the diligence. They also took the time to show me how to use all the new features in my new truck. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely use them again. More

Bob was the salesperson we were introduced to, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and Bob even bought us lunch! I really liked how they laid out our options; purchasing vs leasing. It really helped up make a more informed decision. We feel we got a great deal and I love my Durango. The only thing that I would change is that it took about 10 minutes or so before anyone initially greeted us. Besides that, it was a great experience. More
