Brian Alba was very pleasant and thorough, regarding the finanace/leasing paper work. Austin Paja did an excellent job of explaining all the "bells and whistles" technology of a new vehicle. Vehicle was washed, vacuumed and dried. All people we came in contact with were very pleasant to work with. Note that Ford is not listed as an option below in the vehicle purchased box, so I chose Chevrolet just to get through the survey. Wrong dealership listed!! It was not the Lakeville dealership we worked with. You also didn't have the names of the people we worked with. You need to update the options.... More
