Would recommend!!! I purchased a used 2014 Silverado from Jeff Belzers in New Prague. Got a good price on the truck, and my salesperson was great, but the dealership really missed the mark after I made my decision to purchase. I wasn't told that only one key was included. I texted my salesperson asking about the number of keys included before I signed off on everything, and was told after the deal was done that only one key was included. Super frustrating that this wasn't disclosed prior to purchase. Apparently the sales manager would not budge on providing a second key and key fob. I thought this was ridiculous. $25,000+ on the truck, and they wouldn't get me a second key, after not telling me???!!! I felt duped. My second issue was the amount of time it took after I decided on my purchase. I sat at the dealer for over an hour waiting for the financing department. Pretty sure they forgot about me, and when I did find someone to ask what was happening, I was immediately brought into the finance persons office. I have good credit and no debt so this shouldn't have taken this long. After the financing was wrapped up, it took another hour to get the vehicle cleaned so I could go over it. Total time at the dealer was about 7 hours. Hoping to take this up with the sales manager and get some resolution on the second key. More
