Poor Experience I went to Jeff Belzer's to look to purchase a used Ford focus and brought a car we wanted to trade in. In negotiating price with Brandyn I began to ha I went to Jeff Belzer's to look to purchase a used Ford focus and brought a car we wanted to trade in. In negotiating price with Brandyn I began to have second thoughts about the car and wanted to take a day to decide and look at other dealership. Our salesman Brandyn not once but twice said to my wife and I that we had no intentions of buying the car and that we wasted his time as he could have made other sales. First its you job. Second. if we had no intention, I wouldn't have brought in a vehicle to trade. Third, had a pulling issue and they said they couldn't fix it because of what we were getting for a trade in. Brandyn gives you the typical car salesman speech from a sales book.Jessica was good to work with and there was no pressure to purchase additional warranty. More

Bob Burke and Mike Gittens are the best! I have never had such a pain free experience as I had the other night with Bob Burke from sales, and with Mike Gittens from the finance department. I started a new business and needed a couple vehicles right away. Bob Burke found exactly what I was looking for, and Mike Gittens walked me through the steps a new business owner must take to establish credit. I will never go anywhere else as my experience was that great. I recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle connect with Bob as he is truly one of the best. Also, I must say to anyone reading this review that don’t be fooled by bogus trade numbers. The selling price less the trade, your trade difference, is all that matters. Nobody in town was even close to Jeff Belzer’s deal. Great job, Mike and Bob! More
