So three days ago I responded the following message privately on this review, on Johns email and called him with a privetate message. No response what so ever from anyone at Belzers again. What the xxxx is wrong with you guys. Zero follow up with customers. And we are (were) repeat customers. Hi John, I did just call and leave a voicemail so feel free to call back. We would very much like to have a key fob mailed to us. As we were told the day we bought the 2022 durango back in february 2023 that there were two keys. We were there late in the day and most people were gone by the time we left. so I assumed that's why the car had french fries and chocolate under the seats and in the cup holder. just no one around to clean it.... but the key fob needs to be taken care of. We are over an hour away and don't want to go up there to have it programmed as we would have to take time off of work to do that. Please mail us the key fob as promised and we will take it to our nearest dodge dealer for programming if needed. originally we were told it had a 2nd key but since no one was around that late in the day they would have to mail it to us. That was back in february. After many phone calls, messages and emails still nothing from you guys. Please take care of this for us thanks you

You think just maybe one time you could actually respond back to us and do something about us not getting our key fob. This getting very old. I call and leave a message no response, I email no response, I respond to this message no response. Thinking about legal action now………
