My experience with Jeff Belzer Lakeville was nothing short of incredible ! I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from them in April 2023.{ I love it by the way.) Any way,the battery started showing signs of short of incredible ! I purchased a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from them in April 2023.{ I love it by the way.) Any way,the battery started showing signs of imminent failure in late August. A 1/2 dozen failed starts and other warning signs resulted in me contacting Belzer's Customer Service folks to see what they might do for me, if anything. I explained the situation to them and was scheduled an appointment to test the battery. I'm sorry but I had low expectations. Their service people tested the battery and I was told the battery indicated that it needed a charge. I explained that I had had it on the charger that morning. The service tech stated that being the case that they would just replace it. I was definitely pleasantly surprised ! I feel that they took make the customer happy to a new level. A big thank you and kudos to Jeff Belzer.s dealership and especially their Service Department. More

Would never go here again. Communication sucks. DO NOT TRADE IN YOUR CAR HERE. They will low ball you. Went to other dealerships and they would offer 4 to 5 thousand more. THOU Communication sucks. After I had received offers on mine I told them I would be there tomorrow to buy vehicle. Set apt to pick up. Luckily I call before I went out there the next day to see if I needed anything else. They sold it night before without even calling me. More
