Salesman was responsive to my needs and interestes. He was responsive and understanding to my questions. Was a little disappointed to learn I couldn't replace the mirrors I wanted. Still doesn't make sense to me. I'll go aftermarket instead. Wanted to get a few other accessories, but not for the prices that I saw. i.e. $250 for mudflaps? Really? The delivery specialist was in high speed showing and setting up items, but I guess he got the job done. Everyone was helpful in the overall process. Although, I didn't care for being passed around to so many people. Started feeling like a ping pong. Finance rubbed me the wrong way as soon as I sat down, but we made it through the process. More

We got it right Although Bob didn’t have any forward warning, he stepped up and took in what was important to me as a potential buyer of a new pickup. Bob was patient Although Bob didn’t have any forward warning, he stepped up and took in what was important to me as a potential buyer of a new pickup. Bob was patient in that he showed me a truck from Lakeville then was happy to drive 30 minutes to New Prague to allow time for a couple more test drives. Bob waited until not only after the sale was complete, but then until I drove away in the right pickup for me and my family. Bob’s follow through makes the experience worth driving away from home where I could have purchased the same truck. Price unmatched anywhere. Thank you Bob! More
