I was trying to purchase a used vehicle i had found online and selected kelly as my sales rep. she had fewer reviews from the car site i was at and wanted to give her a chance. mistake. i informed her that i had very little credit but a sizable down payment, i filled out the application for financing and never heard from her. i tried several times to contact her, with little success. she emailed me that the price had dropped on the vehicle and when i inquired about my application, i was ignored once again. this is absolutely the most frustrating buying experience i have ever had. More
