Worst service department!! I drove in at 7:30 am and was greeted by the advisor I let him know my AC was out on my 2017 traverse and it’s 90 degree day and was told they are a w I drove in at 7:30 am and was greeted by the advisor I let him know my AC was out on my 2017 traverse and it’s 90 degree day and was told they are a week out and they can’t help me!! I drove to Walser Buick gmc in Bloomington to service my Chevrolet and got in and out with a free rental and the vehicle was fixed in 5 hours!! How does this happen at a huge dealership south of the river. I’m extremely disappointed in Jeff velvet and will never do business with them. Walser Customer for life... shame on you belzer. More

What an experience and eye-opener My husband and I have brought many vehicles in the past and know the process very well. We came knowing what type of vehicle (looking at both new and My husband and I have brought many vehicles in the past and know the process very well. We came knowing what type of vehicle (looking at both new and used) we were looking for and I had looked online prior to coming since we were driving from an hour away. We were connected with Joe right away. We were able to test drive a used vehicle, but wasn't the right one for us. Then he had us going all over the lot looking for other Sorento's and it seemed like he didn't know where they were all located. He was going to let us test drive another, but took a while to find the keys and once he did and we got in the vehicle, about 3 other salesmen came out of the doors and told him that one was sold and he shouldn't be driving it. The whole situation was awkward and seemed like he was so flighty and didn't know what he was doing. Long story short, we were there for at least two hours and only got to drive one car. We asked several times about having someone look at our current vehicle as that would be the one we would be trading in and he basically said that they price their cars so well that they don't focus on the trade-in's. Hearing that made us realize that they wouldn't give much for it. We decided to leave as we had other plans and when we walked to our car which is white, there was two red marks and a ding in the side of our passenger side door. We went back to find Joe and showed him and I wanted to know if it was an employee that did it as I would want it fixed. Joe went in and talked with the manager (hind sight, we should have followed to ensure this happened) and they state they have no cameras around that area to watch to see what happened. Joe admitted that he had one of their red vans parked next to our car, but doesn't think he did it and said "maybe it was that crazy lady that was around here". After a heated discussion (and trust me, I typically do not complain about much at all), he said that he will just say that he did it to make this process easier and the dealership will fix it at no cost? I took pictures and we left and after multiple attempts of contacting Joe, he said we could come that Friday since I had the day off to have their guy do the dent and paint repair. Later on, he contacted my husband and said that day won't work now because the guy has the day off, but then asked if the following Monday would work at the same time. I said yes, and then drove an hour to get there on that Monday at 9 am. I arrive and find that Joe doesn't come in until 11 am. So then I discuss the situation with the service department and spoke with someone there who tells me that the one and only guy that does these repairs always has Monday's off and Joe should have known that. The service guy was very nice and apologized and at least took the red paint off the car. He said he would talk with Joe when he got in and we would have to reschedule. Joe never contacted us back about the whole thing which is VERY poor and definitely topped the cake with the experience which unfortunately wasn't a shock to me. We are letting it go as it has just been a waste of time. I wish it would have turned out better, but unfortunately, we will never be back nor recommend it. More
