Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Justin really listened to our wants and needs in the what we wanted in a vehicle. He made sure to let us know the difference in the 2 models of the T Justin really listened to our wants and needs in the what we wanted in a vehicle. He made sure to let us know the difference in the 2 models of the Traverse automobiles that we were looking at. He made sure we understood what those features were and what the difference in pricing would be. We were unable to get to the dealership before 4:00 pm on a Saturday.. Justin was so patient with us! He even let us test drive the cars and take them to our house to make sure the car fit in the garage ! Even gave suggestions on how to rearrange some items to make it work. Even though it was a Saturday evening and Justin had a family dinner with his in laws that he was supposed to go to, he stayed with us until our financing was wrapped up and we were ready to leave in our new Traverse! We know that is protocol when purchasing a vehicle but it was still appreciated and we were impressed that he was so good natured about it! He was a lot of fun to work with! More
