The culture at this dealership is welcoming, professional, educational and then consults with the customer to make a buying decision. Never was I pressured into a "this is what we have and this is what you need" corner. Very impressive inventory. Over a half dozen times I was politely approached to ask if I was being helped. Everyone was great from the first time I called in by phone to the last person I spoke with in person. This does not just happen, it is a culture that is created and supported. Well done! More

This was great, (we have never repeat NEVER had a salesman take the time to do this) we were able to compare each truck side by side and able to find the likes and dislikes of each one. Bob worked with us in explaining the difference in leasing and buying. In Plain English, we were very excited and very lucky to get Bob. Comparing trucks and leasing vs buying, We leased a 2019 Ram Rebel 1500 (Bad A--) truck. Thank You Bob and the other staff that made our leasing a good experience. I'd considered trading in my car in the spring, but decided it made more sense to look for a new vehicle now rather than pay registration fees for my current car and again for the new car in the spring. Mike was a great help. We found the vehicle we were interested in online and Mike was able to answer all our questions and give us information for that specific car. We brought my trade in a few days later. Everything was done quickly and everyone was very helpful.
