Jeff Belzer's Lakeville

My new Kia I had a great experience working with Mary Jo. She has helped me in the past with new vehicles so it was nice to work with her again. She went over all my options and when it was time to say "yes, let's do this" every thing went smooth and painless. All the people I dealt with, from Mary Jo, my sales person, to the parts guy, to Josh the finance guy, to Ryan, the guy who helped me learn all the buttons were excellent! My only issue was the returning of my leased car. I had to drive to the New Prague office myself. I don't understand why the Lakeville office couldn't take care of this as they are both Belzer dealerships now. More

Overall great purchasing experience This dealership was the first I visited, and I drove a long ways to get there due to the large inventory I saw on their website. Griffin was my sales rep and gave me a great experience considering this is not the type of shopping I do every day and didn't know what to expect. I then sat down with Casey who is a finance manager and he was going over the monthly payments with me in addition to the extended warranty plans that he recommended. I must say I was disappointed in the high interest rates that were offered with my almost perfect credit score however from what I understand that is more on the bank's end so all they have to work with is the price of the vehicle/etc. I was told I'd need to refinance after 3 payments to receive a desirable rate, which is more legwork than I wanted but is the only way I can have a decent car payment. I ended up going with the longest warranty which is again much more than I thought I would need but Casey showed me the rate would only decrease 6-8 dollars per month in cutting the warranty in half (which is crazy) so it seemed like a no-brainer. I just hope I didn't get misled on how great this warranty is and how easy it is to use when I'm in the need of scratch/dent repairs etc but only time will tell. I would have no hesitation at all buying my next car there especially if the warranty I bought is all it's cracked up to be. To sum it up, Griffin and Casey were pleasant to work with and Tyler the technology guy at the end who handed over the car to me was nice too and may come in handy when I encounter some functionality questions. Juan helped us out, on what we found out was supposed to be his day off. He was very invested in making sure I got a good deal, while I also got exactly what I was looking for. Although it did end up taking 4 hours, which was not a big deal, he was rushing to try to make it shorter, jogging all over the dealership trying to help us out. Overall, he was just a great guy to work with, and I would definitely go back to Juan again for my next vehicle as well. More
