Deceiving tactics for lease Be very careful about what is explained to you about your lease. Especially when coming out of a previous lease. My wife and I were told that we'd be walking away from our previous lease scot-free and they would "take care of it". Having trust and faith, I took the kids home for a nap and my wife signed papers. The existing lease amount of $4,100 was rolled into the new lease and was not itemized on any paperwork but rather inflated the value of the current vehicle. This increased our monthly payment. What has been communicated is that we agreed on a monthly payment dollar and it was unknown to John how it was structured with finance. Clearly there is a disconnect between sales and finance and we were taken advantage of. At this point, I've received little remediation and from the day following our lease, I would much rather have the old lease back and not have to deal with this issue. Not satisfied at all with how the situation is being handled. More
